The perfect field-editing package, our new 50Mbps AJ-LT95 packs two VTRs, an edit controller, two flat screen monitors and two speakers into a compact, singular package. About the size of a briefcase, this highly portable unit can run off its own battery pack, 12 V vehicle power, or from 120 VAC wall power via an external supply. Whether out of doors or on a desktop, the AJ-LT95 serves up a host of formidable editing capabilities, making it a must in any production or postproduction facility.
This self-contained editing suite proves itself most versatile in either 525 or 625 formats, with composite or component I/O, and 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. Familiar controls and commands, just like traditional in-house postproduction editors, lend the AJ-LT95 broad functionality with an easy-to-use control surface. Starting with the customary numeric keypad, "F" keys and jog/shuttle control, we've added a mini 4-channel audio mixer with memory long throw faders, and a 200-event memory to bring speed and efficiency to multi-event editing tasks.
